The poor critters will receive massages and drink beer, in addition to receiving premium feed. Only those bureaucrats at the top echelon of the EU will be able to afford it.
Quite personally, I think this is a job for the CIA to foment another endless war pitting the Netherlands against Japan. After all, the Netherlands is out to destroy one of Japan's prized markets. (This is sarcasm for the slow people.)
