A Chicago woman who was sexually assaulted at gunpoint by a stranger in November 2021 contacted Chicago police recently after her attacker’s name and photograph appeared in her Facebook “People You May Know” feed, prosecutors said Wednesday.
Mark Green, 48, is now charged with aggravated criminal sexual assault while armed with a weapon.
Green met the woman, now 39, on November 15, 2021, in the 6300 block of South Ashland, and she agreed to have sex with him for money, Assistant State’s Attorney Anne McCord said during Green’s bail hearing.

I’m going to engage in blaming the victim here. Play with the bull you get the horns. Sure the perp should be long walked off of a short pier. But you join the sex trade then you get the liabilities that go with it. Unfair but life usually is.

“They” drove to “Green’s home”, and “the woman served Green alcoholic drinks for a while”, “as he requested”. “Later, they went to Green’s bedroom and engaged in consensual sex.”
“But Green was “displeased” with the woman’s “performance,” and he pulled out a gun when she told him she was going to leave.”
“While holding the gun, Green sexually assaulted the woman.”
He eventually permitted the woman to use the restroom, and she used the opportunity to run from the house. Chicago police officers found her running down the street, covered in a blanket.
So
man finds a girl on the block, agrees to sex for money, goes back to his place, serves drinks, goes to do business, doesn’t like, I guess, the quality or quantity of her performance while having the sex, so he pulls a gun and assaults her...sexually...was that after the previous sex they had, or did he interrupt? was it more like, ‘I ain’t paying for that, but you’re going to pay for disrespecting me by getting my way with you...’?
So many questions...
I’m thinking that there may not have been an assault.
Maybe he just didn’t pay.
Maybe she’s just getting back at him by claiming rape.
Because some women do lie.
Her only real complaint was that he didn’t pay. She was already a hooker anyway.
The same can be said of social media. A local guy just got outed as a predator on FB. He chose homeless, or probably homeless women as his victims. All of his friends are incredulous...his wife is attacking the main accuser’s credibility. I saw how he operated, years ago. I don’t know if it was criminal, but it was creepy.
It wasn’t ‘sexual assault’ until he didn’t pay her.
Is the accused related to that TV celebrity Red Green?
Or is he one of those if-0bama-had-a-son folks?
So Facebook ties together people who pay for sex with those who provide sex for money?
Did the John ‘Stiff’ her for the fee?
I guarantee the idiot kept looking her up without doing anything else like sending a message or friend request or a follow. FB thought it was being helpful... and it was.
Check his Meta account for activity. Dumbass criminals always gotta have a trophy or somehow keep the thrill going.

Funny thing is, despite his record, his lawyer is still able to make a “they identified the wrong guy” argument, since this is Chicago, so his type of record is pretty common.
