I remember it well. Levin was one of the nastiest Never-Trumpers all the way until about a week before election day 2016 when he came out with a tepid endorsement of Trump. Until then, he spent most of general election season moaning to his audience about how he feared the GOP picked the wrong guy. None of the “The primary is over. We have to get behind the nominee” talk we heard from him regarding Romney in 2012. And that was just during the general election.
During primary season he was one of the nastiest Never-Trumpers in conservative media. He even came on Free Republic, insulting and sparring with those of us who were supporting Trump. The guy was irrational. And he bought into the whole Michelle Fields/Corey Lewandowski kerfuffle (or pretended to), using it as a reason for why he could not support Trump, even after video had already surfaced showing what a farce the whole thing was. It was during this time that I stopped listening to him and I haven’t since.
After about a year into Trump’s presidency Levin responded to his subsequent loss in audience by re-inventing himself as Trump’s biggest fan. The guy is a total loser.
On Dan Bongino’s show he came out and said that he “wasn’t allowed to endorse anyone.” I wasn’t sure if he was joking or not, but he may have been referencing the backlash of posting DeSantis’s link to campaign donations.
Actually, he came around quickly, especially after Trump came into office. If someone preferred Cruz over Teump prior to the nomination, they were slayed on FR.
Once a Cruzbot, always a Cruzbot for Levin.
Except foe 24 Meatball is his Cruz.
Levin is just doing what the Murdoch’s want.
I don’t have a problem with it. Like he said, he does it with all who are running when they come on his show.

I never liked Levin. He comes off as smug...preachy preachy. He’s down on Glenn Beck’s level. I trust neither of them.

I basically tuned him out for a year, and then noticed a complete 180.
Levin can support whoever he wants. It helps clarify things. I don’t appreciate the talking heads who play it both ways, though. Levin’s been in the DeSantis bag for awhile. He fades fast without Rupert’s money.
Levin was a NEVER Trumper in 2016 guess a leopard never changes his spots, he was full on in for Cruz!! SCREAMED that Trump was not conservative, I guess he is full on establishment I do know he is all in for the Ukraine war!! Tells you all you need to know!!!

After Cruz lost, Levin got on board, as I did. Frankly, with all his donations to Rats, I did not fully trust him. Trump was the first politician who ever exceeded my expectations. And I mean ever.
More BS. I am for DeSantis, and I think Mark truly loves both guys. As do I.
