Start instead with term-limits on permanent deep-state bureaucrats. Who voted for Fauci? Who voted for Comey? They have been in their jobs for 40 years. These people run giant bureaucratic kingdoms, and they truly are in charge of America.

You got it all wrong. It’s STAFF that needs term limits, pols have term limits, it’s called an election. People who advocate for term limits for the elected only, while ignoring the staff/swamp issue are the ones who care less about the American people OR they know exactly what they are doing and want a bigger more controlling government. Or the person hasn’t thought the issue through.
Only people who can control the out of control faceless bureaucrats are the elected officials we send to represent our Constitutional interests, when they chose to do their job.
The staff is the SWAMP, we need more politicians with testicular fortitude willing to address and correct the administrative sector. When a pol loses an election or retires, every single staffer needs to be out of work too.
Staff rules and they know it. Just look how the staff came for President Trump and how they shield Brandon. There’s where we need to focus the “term limit” idea.
