Anywhere you have a high concentration of blacks you will have a high concentration of crime. Yes this is my captain obvious moment. ......and many times it can be rather bizarre behavior and I for one find hard to understand what would possess them to do some of the things they do.
Blacks seem to do things white folks wouldn’t even ever think of doing.
