Looks like a good judge, but I see his term is set to end in July. So they’ve just about run out the clock with him?
Not sure, but he may be able to remain the judge for this case since he is most knowledgeable about it.
If I recall correctly, the two whistle blowers will be entitled to a massive award for litigating this case. Can’t remember if it 10% or 33%. That’s why they refused to give their documents and evidence to Congress when they testified at a couple of hearings.
