New research shows, using “non-binary” pronouns on job applications reduces your chances of being hired.

Theses companies know these are the very people who will sue for what they perceive as the slightest micro-aggression, such as "mis-gendering" by anyone in the company down to the janitor.
Ditto for hiring those with black/women/queer studies degrees.
Lock/Fauci-up are a poor choice?
Karma is a b*tch! Let it rain down.

Never hire crazy.
And I expect (with some exceptions) showing up for your interview with a beard wearing a dress isn’t going to help your case a whole lot either.
Employers are reluctant to hire snowflake wack jobs? Who would have guessed?
“New research shows, using “non-binary” pronouns on job applications reduces your chances of being hired.”
Apparently many employers are still discerning.
Listing “personal pronouns” on a job app shows that the applicant does not follow the rules of English, and that it expects special treatment for its non-conformity with normal human standards.
It shows that the applicant will blame you for its failure, and sue you for non-compliance no matter what you say or do.
It tells you that this person is not right in the head.
Stay away from them!
Yes,I know some here who sees this will call me a Communist...but that's OK.

Well, duh. Why go out of your way to hire trouble? The only people who do are freakazoid purple-haired managers with profound personal issues who got into their current position by stealth and are now looking for opportunities to stick it to The Patriarchy.
I wish I could say that those kinds of managers don’t last long, but they do. What they also do is drive out all the competent people who work under them. Somehow upper management never seems to realize that what tolerating this behavior does is turns productive departments into toxic cesspools.
Welllllll...DUH!!!!
Why walk a ticking litigation time-bomb in the door?
Private companies I know keep an owners document of who to not hire. This is new. Owners always had a mental list, but liberalism is becoming to convoluted that they need written lists to remind them of all the stupidity to avoid.

Until lawyers start taking large bites out of them. “Our data shows that you hired 40% of those candidates who used binary pronouns, but only 5% of those who used nonbinary pronouns. That’s pretty strong evidence of bias and discrimination.”
The next thing you know, employers will start using checklists. “HR, we need one of those gender-fluid asexual types. See what you can do.”
(only half-kidding here)
Try as you might..
borderline closet whack jobs still slip through the ranks.
They act normal in order to gain access.
I imagine the person doing the hiring just wants a worker who can do the job with the least amount of management and involvement. They’re not sexist, racist or homophobic, and don’t care about any of that but just getting a worker who works.
And as they read the resume, start thinking:
“This person with the adamant social posturing on they resume is just going to be trouble, get indignant with other employees who didn’t mean them ill but would still be accused of some phobia or hate speech and I’m going to have to be involved; HR, too, and nope, that’s just too much work and trouble. I better NOT say so, though, so...”
{balls up resume, tosses in trash}
“Next!”
Might as well stamp “I’m a huge drama queen” in red ink on your cover sheet.
