If you watch Legal Mindset on Youtube he regularly dissects the whole case and shows that Disney is going to lose. He lives overseas now, but he worked as a Florida attorney specializing in special district law for 10 years. He created some of the districts around Disney and had to deal with Reedy Creek at times. He knows the law in this area very well.
