NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Tennessee's version of not allowing drag queens and kings in public settings has been declared unconstitutional by a federal judge in Memphis, according to a ruling filed late Friday night.
The ruling was determined based on the First Amendment and freedom of speech.

I’m thinking that this judge might be 100% right. And he rules according to the law. Flip side to that, if he were a liberal judge he wouldn’t give 2-sh*ts about the law or anything else, he would make his decision based on his liberal emotions and feelings and make the other side work for it.

Florida wrote the law as “adult shows” with definitions that would make it apply to those obscene drag shows.

Pricks like this need to get ignored. It’s public obscenity. The judicial tyranny will never stop until people stand up to them. And personally, the SOB should be shunned by all in society, he should be unwelcome in restaurants, and kicked out of his church if the idiot goes to one.

For 200 years in this country, this was not considered a first amendment right to twerk in front of the child, and flaunt homosexuality at them. The judge is wrong. Another educated idiot. Another McConnell judge.

(1) It is an offense for a person to engage in an adult cabaret performance:(A) On public property; or(B) In a location where the adult cabaret performance could be viewed by a person who is not an adult.
