Fusion GPS, a contractor that worked for Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign, reportedly withheld over 1,500 documents from Special Counsel John Durham. These documents were sought during Durham’s investigation into the origins of the FBI’s Russia probe. Fusion GPS cited attorney-client privilege in their refusal to hand over the documents, a claim that has been contested by many legal experts.
According to the initial report, Durham did not take legal action to acquire the documents.
On Friday, Paul Sperry, a senior reporter for Real Clear Investigations, broke the news on Twitter, stating,
“BREAKING: Hillary Clinton campaign contractor Fusion GPS held back more than 1,500 DOCUMENTS sought by Special Counsel Durham, claiming attorney-client privilege, and Durham didn’t sue for the evidence.”

It's also possible he understood that the reason the Clinton campaign laundered their association with Fusion GPS through a law firm (Perkins Coie) was to create this kind of firewall that the courts would protect.

Durham had these Commies dead to rights. But the judicial system is part of the Marxist system now. You cannot convict guilty Democrats, but you CAN convict innocent Pubs. I think Durham did the best he could, given the marked deck.
Durham is a typical unmotivated, lazy ass government employee that never had a real in his life. Zero private sector experience. There ought to be a law that prohibits anyone from working in government for more than 12 years. That’s all levels of government combined - local, state and federal. That would go a long way to eliminate the deep state. No pensions, a max of two weeks vacation per year and only personally paid health insurance.

It does, doesn’t it. Not even to file the basic motions that every legal assistant has on their computer to which the law clerk just provides the one or two edits necessary to adapt it to the case at hand, says a lot. So little work is required in such a motion that the petitioning attorney would have simply needed to affix their signature after staff had prepared the motions. These are basic procedures and motions that are almost automatically filed in such a case and very common. Why not in this one?
Hillary Clinton and Barack Hussein Obama are the worst humans to ever inflict themselves on our constitutional republic.
