FOX NEWS INVESTIGATES – Since the George Floyd protests and riots of 2020, Target Corporation said it ramped up its diversity, equity and inclusion work. This agenda extended far beyond enhancing representation and support of historically marginalized groups externally and in its stores, and dipped into funding organizations with far-left and blatantly political agendas.
Target's "accelerated" its DEI program in response to Black Lives Matter activism under the leadership of its diversity chief – Kiera Fernandez. The chief has demanded that "White women" get to work to combat the proclaimed systemic racism in America.
Fox News Digital found that Target, via its nonprofit foundation, which has been directed by the retail giant's senior corporate treasurers, funded a grantee pushing to shut down and give away U.S. sovereign land such as Mount Rushmore – believing it to be an "international symbol of White supremacy" and to demilitarize the "violent" U.S. military. The same grantee also supports the destruction of Israel's Jewish character through what is called the Palestinian "Law of Return" and implementing economic warfare tactics against the Jewish State, such as boycotts and sanctions, to "Free Palestine."

It has been about 20 years since I last shopped in a Target. I can keep on not shopping there.
As if I need another reason to despise those scumbags who support, own, and run Target.
In America today, you can’t just be a big corporation, you either must be aligned with the elites/ruling party, or you are crushed.
“Diversity” means “kill Whitey and steal all his stuff”.
Then squat in squalor and misery wondering what the hell happened.

This trend was put on steroids under the Obama administration because banks and governments began to look at “DEI” when making decisions about what to support or not support financially.
Former corporate executives are talking openly about what has been happening behind the scenes and why companies are suddenly promoting these things (to get their scores up) when it has little to do with their product and purpose.
Pretty ingenious and effective.
Marxists bragged about doing this and their agenda was even entered into the Congressional Record in 1963. Do any of the following ring a bell? Pay close attention to #30.

17. Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current Communist propaganda.
20. Infiltrate the press.
21. Gain control of key positions in radio, TV, and motion pictures.
22. Continue discrediting American culture by degrading all forms of artistic expression. An American Communist cell was told to “eliminate all good sculpture from parks and buildings, substitute shapeless, awkward and meaningless forms.”
24. Eliminate all laws governing obscenity by calling them “censorship” and a violation of free speech and free press.
25. Break down cultural standards of morality by promoting pornography and obscenity in books, magazines, motion pictures, radio, and TV.
26. Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as “normal, natural, healthy.”
27. Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with “social” religion.
28. Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in the schools on the ground that it violates the principle of “separation of church and state.”
29. Discredit the American Constitution by calling it inadequate, old-fashioned, out of step with modern needs, a hindrance to cooperation between nations on a worldwide basis.
30. Discredit the American Founding Fathers. Present them as selfish aristocrats who had no concern for the “common man.”
Given that everything good is denounced by some woke loon as representing white supremacy or the patriarchy ... be it good grammar or even having trees in your yard ... then I I can say is: Hooray for white supremacy and the patriarchy!
When leftists get power within a company first they use the company’s resources to advance their evil agenda. Then they watch with glee as the company weakens, sheds jobs and is no longer able to provide goods or services further disrupting the culture. Finally like disease bearing locusts, they move on. Any company that hires a known Democrat ( who are woke, evil, and delusional) is taking poison.
Then they need to be shut down.
I won’t willingly set foot in there again.

Another Target Foundation grantee said parents must teach specifically “White children” about systemic racism and to “see color.” It also claimed that capitalism maintained a role in perpetuating racism.
The nearest general goods store to me is a Target. It’s literally two blocks away. I haven’t considered darkening their doors for many years. The next nearest similar type store is 20 miles away. That’s where I go.
We visited Mt. Rushmore last week for the first time ever. For anyone to be stupid enough to try to shut down such a wonderful representation of America should be grounds for utter ridicule.
I wouldn’t mind if all the big box stores shut down and we had mom and pop/local.
Paying out the nose for mostly imported junk— I’d rather pay out the nose for American made/grown.
I’m tired of the big business buying and deciding what’s right for this country.

Yeah same here. I’m selective about it. Many corporations have caved to the extremists and their propaganda to various degrees. For many it is CYA.
However there are some like Target who are true believers. Thus Target is definitely on my list.
Perhaps the financial geniuses who run Target figure the bulk of their business revenues will come from their enlightened Wokester customers those Social Justice Warriors. Why those paragon’s of virtues should get their Target merch for only small donations to the ‘Cause’. Their martyred hero St. George of Floyd would be proud.
