(Kellogg, Idaho) — After a student was banned from graduation in Kellogg Idaho for making some off-the-cuff remarks about how “Boys are boys. Girls are Girls. There is no in between,” the young student named Travis Lohr has now had his job offer rescinded.

According to the Blaze Media:

Lohr told Campos-Duffy he was slated to start work Sunday, but when he went in to complete the final paperwork, his boss informed him he was rescinding the offer. He described the job as "fighting wildland forest fires."

"That's part of life, as I am learning, and I am going to continue to grow from here. I'm not going to dwell on it."

"I don't believe I would have been punished at all, personally, if I had said 'black lives matter,'" Lohr told Campos-Duffy.

"For this to happen over what I said, it's just controversial ... If people speak up like I did ... it seems frowned upon. You can be punished for it, obviously, like I'm being punished," Lohr said.

"It's reassuring to know that I'm not alone and realize what I did wasn't wrong," Lohr said of the outpouring of support from his peers and people in the community.

The Idaho Tribune has confirmed that the man who rescinded his contract is named John Heyn, the head of the North Idaho Type III Incident Management Team with the U.S. Forest Service’s Coeur d’Alene River Ranger District.

Some interesting connections in the article: John Heyn who rescinded the job offer to the young man is married to a teacher at Kellogg High School. And the lesbian county sheriff is "married" to an art teacher at the high school, one of the two "teachers" who "took offense" to the young man's remarks about their being two genders.

It sounds like there are a lot of "public servants" in Shoshone County, Idaho who are not serving the citizens and need to find other employment.

So it’s possible a firefighting job offer was rescinded because the chief’s wife said no due to a friendship with her fellow teacher and, perhaps, the fire chief’s friendship with the county sheriff married to one of the offended teachers?

Expressing the traditional scientific knowledge of male and female is NOT a valid reason to rescind a job offer and also not a reason to be banned from graduation. I keep looking for a real justification.

This sounds like the sort of juvenile cliquish cancel culture fascism the Left is famous for. I hope a public interest law firm reviews the facts here and determines if anything is actionable. We need accountability of public servants when they overstep.

9th Grade Biology is the wrong class to be learning about gender. In 9th Grade Biology you might learn about sexes, of which there are two.

You are spot on. The 1A does not protect you from private company overreach. But it sure does protect you from governmental overreach. This kid is being persecuted by not one, but two governmental agencies.

This is how subverting a red state is done: get a few people in key positions to abuse their power in support of The Narrative. "Sheriff Holly Lindsey was appointed by the Shoshone County Commissioners as the County’s first female Sheriff just 6 months ago, after a recommendation from the Shoshone County Democrats." A school bus driver waves a flag in support of the kid and gets fired for it. Strings are pulled and the kid's job disappears. Phony threats are claimed with no evidence whatever and the kid is banned from his own graduation.
