Time to get Alabamans registered. Every person eligible should vote. Time for the state to have registration fairs to get numbers up.
I was not clear on that. It should have been:
Alabama is 25% black, yet only 5% of the registered voters are black.
If the blacks of Alabama want fair representation, they need to go out and vote to get blacks in office.
