McCarthy trying to bring more attacks on the Conservatives. “They” are the problem.
No such thing as “hardline Democrats,” of course.
Why don’t the Republicans go into “Rebellion” over this national security, open border, country killing disaster?
Well, make a motion to vacate the chair then. Let’s see how that plays out.
Hard line republicans hardly, grow up. They want anyone but Trump.
The freedom caucus warned McCarthy not to turn to the left. He did it anyway and tried to strong-arm the conservatives into abandoning their principles. McCarthy’s attempt to bribe and twist Clyde (R-GA) on the pistol-brace issue was a betrayal of his promises to conservatives.
He thought he could just run over the Freedom Caucus and they would fall in line. He chose poorly.
I don’t believe them, not the conservatives, not mccarthy, not any of them. The conservatives don’t even have a majority of the Republicans. What exactly did they expect???
The Freedom Caucus got exposed as a bunch of feckless frauds once Rep. Thomas Massie signed onto this deal. This is the dope who’d sanctimoniously stand on “principle” and preach “fiscal responsibility” throughout his career in Congress while ending up on the losing side of 420-5 votes for spending bills.
Up the rebels!
I never trusted CaveIn McCarthy in the first place. He needs to be shown the door ASAP. Maybe that will get the attention of some of our other Assistant DemocRATs. The Status Quo cannot be allowed to continue without some serious repercussions.
The Republicans seem to have many ways to fight each other but no idea how to fight Democrats
Rats and Rinos, the bottom rung on the dregs ladder.
We need to do better. We need to primary every single rino and get America First people in so this uniparty crap can stop.
Little late to go into rebellion. They voted for the “deal”, should have had the “rebillion” before the vote.
This looks like show biz for the voters back home: “Looky at us. We are really angry this time. We’ll show’em.”
It’s all smoke and mirrors guys. The only thing every single one of them is concerned about is being re-elected.
McCarthy, you are on the wrong side of history.
Correct course immediately.
Congratulations, Speaker Jeffries.
You forgot the sarcasm tag on your comment.
