Mark Levin doesn’t like these attacks on McCarthy.
I do agree that these attacks are somewhat misplaced. A debt ceiling bill isn’t really the best place to make a stand for fiscal responsibility. It’s sort of like worrying about how you’re going to pay for a $30,000 home improvement project after you’ve already retained the contractor and purchased the materials.
For me that is a good reason to support the attacks. Levin, for all his good points, is a fickle ally who swings toward establishment views at critical times.
