What you say may be true, but I am appalled at the lack of seriousness shown to classified information by DC politicians. The DOJ may be singling him out, but his arrogance, bombast, and carelessness paved the way for this litigation.
I remember military careers being ruined by losing confidential documents (containing call signs and frequencies) during field exercises.

You know that, as ex-President, he still gets daily security briefings and classified info/reports? He kept them and other documents in a locked room in the basement of his mansion that has private security along with the secret service protection he still has…
Biden kept his in a cardboard box in the trunk of his corvette…
Who’s being charged for a cavalier attitude?

Spare me your phony drama queen act. They call anything that they do not want you to see "classified". It has nothing to do with national security. Good God, where do you jokers come from?

I remember military careers being ruined by losing confidential documents (containing call signs and frequencies) during field exercises. Your example doesn't apply here. Trump wasn't a subordinate. He was the Chief Executive.
