That said, I'm not going to defend child molesters, but I'll say one of my employees is on the sex register. His ex sister in law said he raped her son. He was going through his divorce and his ex wife and ex sister in law, both said he did.At the time the boy was 13. My employee was sentenced to a year in jail.
That was 10 years ago. The boy (now adult) tried to get him off the registry because, his mom was a druggie and she knew who was raping him - the drug dealer. My employee and his nephew both got shafted. The young man lost having a male in his life and my employee lost his family. They disowned him after he was sentenced.
That’s because our screwed up system assumes women are always honest about such things even with zero evidence ... even during divorce proceedings ...
