289 Trump votes….. Though more likely” preponderance” of Trump votes. Vote -stealing in bulk is done by removing ballots from a particular district that leans strongly in favor of the candidate the thieves want to eliminate. So if you are a mail carrier in a GOP district but want to help the Dems, then just randomly “lose” or “misplace” ballots without the tedium of going through them one-by-one. Of course if you’re a halfway alert mail carrier, you know which households vote which way by the political “junk mail” they get during primary season. And that knowledge can be abused.
