There is no doubt that the FBI, the DOJ, and the White House are after Trump. There is also no doubt that they want to wound him enough to be unelectable. The Judge who may preside over the case is pro-Trump. However, the prosecution may move to disqualify her.

That said, Ad hominem attacks, moral relativism, logical fallacies, and the “but officer, other cars were speeding too” defense to follow:

Andrew McCarthy is a failed deep state hack that is suffering from terminal TDS. He needs to read the first sentence of Article II of the U.S. Constitution.

“It makes total sense to me that he was storing the crown jewels of national defense

Mark Milley's "plan" to invade Iran - the same woke armchair warrior who "planned" the Kabul widthdrawl - is the "crown jewel" of our national defense??

You are quoting spin, there are only 31 documents(which will be disputed) basically 31 pages mixed in with thousands of documents....this is politics...remember this is a politicized DOJ slant to make things look like that...wait for other side.

Its just a mess to get people to vote for other candidates...it is a strategy...these people are smart.

No one is going to say, “It was so vitally important for Trump, who had no official government duties in his post-presidency, to retain possession of top-secret government intelligence reports that it made sense for him to defy a subpoena and mislead a grand jury in order to keep them.”

It doesn't matter what we think. The Presidential Records Act (1978) allows him to do it. Which is why Garland and Smith did not mention that Act a single time in their banana republic "indictment."

What poppycock!

the crown jewels of national defense

LOFL... No, that’s in Biden’s sock drawer. Or was that Clinton’s cigar humidor? Hillary’s bathroom server rack? Or maybe Barracks panty drawer?

.
Comey, Huma, Weiner, Hillary, Joe, Joe’s boy, Strzok, and Page all had Top Secret National Security Docs and plans at their houses, illegally.

Barr said Comey wasn’t charged, as we don’t want to be a country that charges former FBi Directors.

Sally Yates brazenly lied to Congress (a Felony).

McCarthy’s roots are Feds targeting their enemies and using the Power of the State to do it.

Frivolous is in the wrong place in their sentence at least they include it in their lexicon and will know the concept when it finally bites their asses.

The claim that classified intelligence reports generated by the Defense Department and U.S. spy agencies, for which the American taxpayer expends hundreds of billions of dollars per year, are somehow the “personal records” of Donald J. Trump under the Presidential Records Act.

The Defense Department and U.S. spy agencies all answered to the President of the United States. This preposterous claim by — that the President is somehow subservient to executive branch agencies that are wholly under his authority — is exactly what I would expect to hear from useless career bureaucrats like Andrew McCarthy who have constructed a fourth branch of government out of thin air.

I had always thought better of Andrew McCarthy, but this statement by him has changed my mind. He has become nothing but a tool of the deep state. Maybe he always was one.

Most importantly, no one is going to say how sloppy other officials have been w/documents.

Because that would actually provide some perspective.
