If America falls finally, it will be due to three things. Rampant apathy, sublime ignorance (stupidity) and unbridled corruption due to evil men making evil decisions. The problem is, we never joined The League Of Nations, and then the propaganda basically said that our not joining the League was one of the main reasons WWII started.
So by the time the war was in full swing, the majority of Americans were on board with The United Nations.
