Trump did not pack and transport the documents. I had read previously that the GSA does that job. The timing of Trump’s involvement is provable by logic. Trump was in office, and had to be in office, when he directed government employees (GSA) to pack the documents. He had to select the documents while in office. It’s doubtful that he directed anyone to do anything after he left office.

I think it would be best if each document had a synopsis attacked, and that synopsis must be agreed upon by the courts, and the defendants, as reflective of the contents of the document. No ‘classified’ sources or methods need be given.
Anybody have an ‘impression’ that the government will reject this because the don’t want people to know it isn’t military or nuclear codes like they have been leaking to the press?

AND....there is no reason to believe that there are Classified Documents within those boxes since everyone and their brother was packing them. There was no order to it...file cabinet drawers thrown in a box...no scrutinizing going on

Now why would Trump’s attorneys agree to such a motion? If the prosecution tries to enter into evidence documents former President has already declassified by putting them in his “personal” boxes upon leaving the White House, there would be no need for his attorneys to get certified to handle classified material.
But far more importantly, who would you rather have safekeeping the nation’s secrets, unelected deep-state bureaucrats, or our elected Presidents?
I think it ironic that they “staged” the photos of the documents on a stage. Someone had a sense of humor.
