I wouldn’t be so sure about that. We are the sue them all, all the time nation. This suit has been filed. Chloe Cole’s suit has been filed.
We’ll see what happens, but I do not expect swift dismissal. And if that does occur, I expect appeals.
That being said, this must also be said: the people who failed this woman were her parents.
