It’s the correct decision

Don’t like it but, the Fed is responsible for border enforcement

Thing is, the states also have a right to border enforcement.

Various states were enforcing their border during Covid, for instance.

Right, the executive branch did not "wholly abandon" its responsibilities. Just 99% of them. They deported a few terrorists while allowing an unknown number in.

Check out: 8 U.S. Code § 1325 - Improper entry by alien

The Biden administration is guilty for not upholding this Federal Law every time an alien illegally crossed our border and are also guilty of swearing to uphold and protect the US Constitution and doing just the opposite.

Also from “(c) Marriage fraud

Any individual who knowingly enters into a marriage for the purpose of evading any provision of the immigration laws shall be imprisoned for not more than 5 years, or fined not more than $250,000, or both.”

So according to this AOC and her brother who she married in order to sneak him into the US should both be in prison.

The answer the Constitution give us is impeachment. That’s it. It is a violation of the president’s oath of office not to take care that the federal laws are enforced. The remedy is impeachment.

If the supreme court had ruled otherwise, we should be appalled.

Now let’s get to it.

The 14th amendment defines a citizen of the United States AND the State "wherein they reside".

Section 1

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

A State can make rules for showing evidence of residency, but it's largely up to a citizen. They declare residency, that's it.

16. The various Immigration and Naturalization acts are federal laws and since they are applied to all states and territories, they preempt any state laws on that issue. Crimes committed by immigrants, legal or illegal, can be prosecuted at both the state and federal level.

Ted Kennedy and Barney Frank led the fight to emasculate strong immigration laws and enforcement in the 1980s, aided by Rep. Michael Barnes (D-MD) among other leftists.

Surely this guy appealed and got this idiotic ruling reversed. He did appeal, but somehow he missed a jurisdictional filing deadline and the state supreme court dismissed the appeal. Attorney malpractice?

Then we end up with more people born in Mexico living in the US than live in Mexico, which is the situation today. A nation that can't control its own borders is no longer a nation, and will disintegrate.

I have been saying that all along.

Just the other day, they “found” $6.8 Billion that was “lost” in the Pentagon “budget” due to an “accounting error” and bingo!

Deep State sends $6.8 Billion to Ukraine just. like. that.

No mess. No fuss.

But when Trump was trying to get money for a border wall, he had to scrape for every damn cent, fight for every cent, go to court for every cent, and even then, as soon as the Deep State got him out of office, every piece of fence existing was cancelled, torn down, or had holes cut in it.

And we have scummy douchebags on here who say “Trump said he was going to build a wall but never did. It was all for show because he is a fraud”. I am sick of those a-holes.

The problem wasn’t that Trump did or didn’t make bad choices, it was that our government is so ENTIRELY corrupted and hostile to our values, it was that there were so few trustworthy people for him to choose from who could have been chosen.
