Agreed about the unreliability of the corporate media. I’m talking actual trial lawyers who have handled criminal defense in the federal courts. They all said even a normal case with no complications takes 18 months and this case involves a lot of new/unique interpretations of law. Ergo, it will go on for longer than 18 months.

i suspect the vaunted, ever evolving “Insurance Policy” to plague DJT has a predetermined calendar of scheduled disruptions to achieve that - so i’d be loathe to agree to any of their dates unless it is in DJT’s best interests. hopefully congressional R’s will have a similar schedule for Biden/administration official impeachments running parallel. if they want election interference let’s give it to ‘em.

Four months is a long time for Trump to run a campaign and *NOT* violate the gag order. DOJ leaks a tasty lie, Trump has to be silent.

The prosecution does not get time to prepare. When they file charges they should be ready to go the next morning.
