Ninety percent of current election fraud comes in two buckets: election commissions jacking with voter rolls like Arizona and Wisconsin and mail-in ballots collected and illegally voted like everywhere.

Want to stop the fraud?
Serialize every ballot printed, and encrypt the serial number so that only hardware with the encryption key can read it.
This will stop the mass production of ballots that come out from under tables in suitcases at 2am. This will mostly stop harvesting, because ballot canvasers and mules can take blank ballots door to door, nor just fill in large amounts of them using names off voter rolls. Getting rid of early voting would get rid of the rest of those.
The only thing that it wouldn’t stop is insider hacked machines.
Third Bucket: Fraudulent ballots inserted into the counting. That, by far, was the biggest fraud in 2020.
Therein lies the problem. Not so much "insider hacked machines" but insider design.
As a seasoned code jockey I can dream up numerous solutions to reduce vote fraud -- except for how it's administered by the fraudsters trusted to work the elections. For example, an encrypted ballot ID that you suggest (which would create a new problem if verification of the ID is linked to a person and, therefore, removes the secret of the secret ballot) can be easily gotten around by local fraudster administrators by making sure "problems" happen in distributing ballots to areas that vote conservative.
Then there's counting the votes by scanner or by hand: either of which requires the local precinct to store the ballots for recount and audit purposes. With scanners it's okay to ditch the paper ballots as long as the images are archived. We already have laws in place for this -- but they're not enforced. Many of the problem precincts in the 2020 "election" ditched both their paper ballots and the image copies and, therefore, the vote "counts" couldn't be verified.
So you and I can dream up all the technical solutions we want, but it still comes down to enforcing the rules (either existing or new ones) and removing the rules that make fraud easier (and in some cases "legal" like ballot harvesting). Until people go to prison over it, nothing you and I dream up can solve it.
Hope this isn't another group scamming Lindell with fancy sounding tech stuff, Fractal Programming.
This write-Valentine- has written a few articles on the subject and it seems we’re on the way to a more honest election, thanks to their efforts. Still, I’m skeptical. It’s the lack of fighters among our ELECTED representatives.
The biggest fraud was that there was no signature verification for the cheat-by-mail-in ballots. And at every turn, Uniparty judges made sure that Trump's legal team had no access to investigate signature verification. Oh yeah, they allowed Recounts, but all Recounts do is count the same fraudulent ballots -- giving the Lamestream media cover to say 'Numerous recounts were done and no fraud was ever once detected."
In 2022 with Kari Lake's stolen election, her legal challenges have exposed the absolute farce of signature verification, which was merely some goon at a computer clicking 'next' without scrolling down to compare the signature on the ballot with an official signature on file.
State legislatures have the power to ban cheat-by-mail-in ballots from federal elections, but as we saw in 2020 and 2022, RINO traitors are fine and dandy with cheating if it means that MAGA candidates are defeated.
The problem with this is that the government then knows exactly how you voted. This is how Saddam Hussain got 100% of the vote. Would it be much different under Biden, Obama, and the Democrats?
There is much room for computation in finding vote fraud. It starts with the challenge of getting machine readable (XML,JSON,CSS) data from 50 states Secretary of State offices and other jurisdictions.

FractalWeb’s github page upon quick look appears to be nothing more than a nodeJS web server which hasn’t been updated or bug fixed in 5+ years. Too much talk of ‘fractalWeb’ as some breakthrough that makes all the fraud detection possible sounds very suspect.
I also am wondering why the author of the omega4america site mentions the performance comparison of the IBM3090 (which came out in 1985 and a ‘$4000 Intel Nuc’ running ‘fractalweb.’ (The highest priced one I see today is about $1400 with an i9 12th gen.) Yes, my 1980 chevette had less of a towing capacity than a new F350 but that isn’t relevant to anything.

You are missing the point. Those “mailed in” ballots were never mailed. They were illegally inserted at the counting stations as having been mailed in.
I’m afraid the whole omega4america site was set up to scam Lindell out of money again, just like “the packets” and his symposium that went nowhere.

But out of AZ, MI, WI, GA, PA, they’re only active in GA.
Don’t know what ever happened to them releasing all the data from 2020 mules. I’m not counting on any organization to do much of anything at this point. Documentaries, face time on the news, promises of data dumps if tptb don’t do anything.
The left has hundreds of non-profits and NGOs that actually get things done while our side has grafters getting donations and spots on cable/streaming news.
Great ideas. But consider:
How do you get a democrat fraud county to allow real-time visibility? Then how do you get a democrat judge in a fraud district to rule in your favor? (if arizona is any example—they don’t.)

Just serialize every ballot but don’t tie it to a voter in the system. No encryption needed. Each voter is the only person that knows their serial number, so they can verify after that their vote was counted and counted correctly.
I don’t see how you can fight vote fraud if you don’t have any solid evidence of vote fraud. According to FR there are 70 million plus Trump voters and yet no one can get anything to trial, or give any forensic evidence. Either they are that good or we are that incompetent.
