I am in MA. I know exactly what you mean. But there are many folks on FR who have no ability to see grey; it’s black or white. All or nothing.
We used to be able to converse. Apparently, not so much anymore.

Beware people who live in a world of absolutes.
Chastising people who live in liberal dominated areas are sometime unwilling or unable to understand they can become what it is they beheld.
