Brittney Griner calls airport harassment incident 'rock bottom' for WNBA

Phoenix Mercury star center Brittney Griner has spoken for the first time since the incident occurred at Dallas/Forth Worth International Airport where she was harassed by YouTuber Alex Stein.
She considers this situation "rock Bottom" for the WNBA regarding its charter flight rules.
Griner was the subject of harassment on June 10 at the airport, as Stein approached her and asked several questions, including whether she had sex with Vladimir Putin to get out of prison in Russia.

Griner hasn't learned a thing from her stay in a Russian jail. It's not the job of the WNBA to keep Griner safe from hurt feelings.

WNBA should be offered equal pay and resources each season. If the teams fail to have the same ticket sales, stadium concessions and corporate advertising dollars as their NBA counterparts, the teams and players must pay the difference before they get their paychecks. Simple solution.

Several years ago our local JCC (like the YMCA) champion team played against a group of WNBA women.
We’re all former D1 (or close) basketball players, but everyone is well into middle age.
We wiped the floor with them.
That is the issue with the WNBA.
