It's amazing an EV battery fire in a condo parking garage hasn't collapsed a condo tower yet. In Asia, most EV batteries sold are designed and made in China by unscrupulous communists that will tell any lie, and cut any corner they can get away with. Asian cities are full of high/thin condo towers, with a parking garage sometimes occupying the first 10 floors. The only thing currently avoiding an EV tragedy is the lack of charging stations, and the lack of popularity of the expensive and heavy EVs.
