Why I’m Suing Penn State
Real Clear Politics ^ | 6/29/23 | By Zack K. De Piero

I’m a white writing professor, and apparently, that’s a problem. That was the unmistakable message sent to me at Penn State University – and that’s why I’m suing them.

In November 2020 – nearly half a year after George Floyd’s murder – I was subjected to a “White Teachers Are a Problem” video for a monthly professional development meeting for writing faculty. Its featured speaker, Asao Inoue, is a self-described antiracist practitioner. Not an obscure one, either: About a year prior, Inoue gave the Chair’s Address at a prestigious writing studies research conference – the same field in which I earned my Ph.D. – where he declared, “White people can perpetuate White supremacy by being present [...] Your body perpetuates racism.”

At the heart of Inoue’s appalling comments is the baseless attribution of negative characteristics to a particular race. Inside radical academic bubbles, that might be applauded; in the real world, that’s called discrimination. And it’s illegal. When discrimination enters the workplace, depending on its frequency and intensity, citizens can file a hostile work environment lawsuit against their employer.

Read the examples this professor provides as to how he was treated at Penn State all in the name of "anti-racism". It's appalling the current state of what used to be called "higher-education".

If you describe a raciest as being one intolerant of a race, one who thinks of a particular race as being less human than another, a sub-culture than Asao Inoueis an excellent example.

“Chair’s Address”

I recall Walter Williams expounding about how some lefty fem referred to him as “the Chair”. He said at the meeting, I am the chairman and if you don’t believe that, I will show you.

He/She is a “professor,” strike one! I got turned-off, the moment I read “George Floyd’s murder.” Excited delirium or just plain ole drug-overdose didn’t figure into this clown’s calculus. End of story!

At my Abington campus, my direct supervisor pushed an aggressive “antiracism” campaign

Well, there’s one problem. Not the antiracism campaign, but having a supervisor. I saw a video the other day, I think it was Jordan Peterson interviewing VDH. VDH said that Stanford University has 14,000 administrators and support staff for 16,000 students (something close to that, I don't recall the exact figures). I know that when I was in college some forty years ago that wasn't the case. I regularly went out drinking with one of my math profs. He was pissed when he got tagged for his turn to chair the mathematics department. They rotated the duty. They had a single secretary (yeah, that’s what they were called back then) for the entire department. Students had to go through her to schedule any meetings.

It wasn’t amazing at the time, but students learned real mathematics very well and the only complaints from students were “this is hard” and “this was a lot of work”.

I guess we're long overdue for NAPOC….National Association for the Protection of Caucasians. Use their formula against them.

flip white for black in Inoue’s comments and check to see if it sounds a touch racist.

that’s how you know the original bs is completely racist.

I hope the plaintiff wins $250 million, plus an ongoing monitoring of any of that type of woke rascist behaviour and elimination of it.

There once was a senator from Hawaii with that name, prolly of Nippon extraction. El Rushbo called the august personage: Senator In-no-way.

Penn State is the school that hired a man-lesbian athletic director immediately after firing those involved in the homosexual coach child rapes.

They figured they needed to show the gay community that the school is not homophobic just because they fired Sandusky and Graham Spanier (who also approved of the annual derogatory Penn State C@NT Festival). So they went and looked for the most blatant bull moose dyke available, and they got their man-woman.

I would enjoy seeing that filthy degenerate depraved institution go bankrupt. Maybe one day, the fires in Centralia will reach State College and burn it to hell. /spit

I forget where I heard it but it is something like this.

“The slave doesn’t want to be free. The slave wants to be the master.”

Sums up the whole “anti-racist” racism perfectly. These jerks don’t want to end racism. They love being racist. They HATE whites because they still see them as superior and the only thing they can do, rather than be decent human beings, is tear down everything around them.

....not quite the same last name spelling....

“Daniel Ken Inouye was an American attorney, soldier, and politician who served as a United States [Democrat] senator from Hawaii from 1963 until his death in 2012. Beginning in 1959, he was the first U.S. representative for the State of Hawaii, and a Medal of Honor recipient.”

He should win handily, but I hope that he loses the first few rounds, so that the case can get before the Supreme Court. They definitely need to hand down a more strict ruling against DEI policies, and with today’s affirmative action ruling, I believe the court would do it.

Even if they are an idiot, they are still legally protected against racial discrimination.
