WASHINGTON — President Biden implored colleges and universities Thursday to consider applicants’ socioeconomic status and their experience with overcoming adversity — including racial discrimination — after the Supreme Court ruled that race cannot be used to determine who is admitted.
“Today I want to offer some guidance to our nation’s colleges,” Biden said at the White House shortly after the ruling. “What I propose for consideration is a new standard where colleges take into account the adversity a student has overcome when selecting among qualified applicants.”
The Supreme Court ruled in lawsuits against Harvard University and the University of North Carolina that using race as a qualification violates the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment.
The Harvard case was brought on the grounds of discrimination against Asian Americans.

If he had his way college, rent, food, cars, internet would all be free for minorities, paid for by Whitey, who would pay twice: in taxes, and by not getting those things free.

The case can be made for having a few spot for Brite Spot Potentials. Those few kids that had to do quite a bit more just to get where they are- and It’s Not Color-
Socio-economic issues - that’s not the kids fault
Physical limitations - also not the kids fault
Lots of private schools have had those kinds of quiet in-place policies for many many years-

You all know those few kids, that you recognize have just earned a bit of a break to continue on towards success-
The trouble is how to do it.
Affirmative Action does not belong in a just society. This only makes the receivers of this priveledge lazy, but they expect this same treatment the rest of their lives.
When I was in the service my E5 promotion was held up due to the Department of the Army decided there were not enough blacks being promoted so mine had to put on hold for about 6 weeks. The captain of our company was black and he earned his rank by working for it. He decided to promote the worst blacks in the company knowing he would have to bust them down in a month or two because they would not stay out of trouble.
A Dem voter who was a coworker of mine got back from the main post office after unsuccessfully pursuing a loss of mail dispute with the staff. Wasted a couple of hours.
He said everyone at each level was disturbingly stupid and totally incompetent and unable to understand basic problems.
Plus items for other customers were discovered to be shelved wrong, mislabeled for deliveries and lost. Like his package.
He admitted “If they were all hired for affirmative action at every post office and every level of staffing due to being hired for that reason and this is being done all over the country for all kinds of jobs and businesses, then the quality of everything is all going downhill.”
But he still went back to voting always Democrat.
The Rats will find one way or another around this ruling.
Laws, the constitution doesn’t apply to them.
Translation: millions of illegal aliens are going to university instead of your kid, and YOU ARE GOING TO PAY FOR IT!

Now an applicant will have to try to outvictim the others. That seems like another poor way to select the best candidates.

So he’s saying that all blacks are poor and grew up in the ghetto and can’t make it in America without affirmative action because of all that evil discrimination.
Truth: the left created affirmative action to keep blacks poor and in the ghetto so they could be milked for votes and money.
You know the biggest adversity black people face? It’s having other blacks telling them that studying and achievement is ‘acting white’.
