Liberals are liberals first and foremost and their religion takes a back seat. Just look at Catholics who support abortion, Jews that vote for antisemites, etc. etc.

Just as we call moderate Republicans RINOs we could call Mayor Khan a MINO (Muslim in name only). The Left has an alliance with Islam only because of a common enemy, the formerly Christian West. However, the Globohomo Left is incompatible with Muslim teachings on sexuality. Muslim parents in several school districts in this country have pushed back against public schools promoting degeneracy.
