Nah, them types just like to hear themselves talk smack while posturing. It builds up their image in their own eyes.

Probably because being in the minority, she has no real power, but she does have the ability to assert privileges like that, which accomplish nothing, but that the rest of the court is forced to allow her. It’s a petty move, that’s all.
If memory serves me correct, it’s never televised, but there is, but they will stream the audio. Probably looking for a soundbite is my guess.
