Roughly 300,000 illegal aliens across Illinois will soon be eligible to secure standard driver’s licenses thanks to a law signed by Gov. J.B. Pritzker (D).
Late last week, Pritzker signed into law HB 3882 which makes illegal aliens in Illinois eligible for standard driver’s licenses that are compliant with the federal government’s RE 100 AL ID Act.

Drivers licenses from any state are accepted at airports and police departments across the United States. This move by Pritzker would force Texas and Florida to accept the "Real ID's" of illegal aliens from Illinois, even though it goes against the laws of Texas and Florida.
SCOTUS could stop this if they wanted to on equal protection grounds or on the same ruling the Court used against Arizona's SB1070 law, citing immigration policy as the exclusive domain of Congress.

Emergency medical technicians took both of the drivers and the young child to the hospital, but the child was later pronounced dead. The child was in an infant carrier but was not properly restrained. In cases like these, when the at-fault driver is an undocumented immigrant without car insurance, how can the victim recover compensation for the damages they sustained from the accident?
