Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker to Give Standard Driver’s Licenses to over 300K Illegal Aliens

I picked Florida and Texas as example states that would not likely let illegal aliens have drivers licenses.

However, don't they have to honor federally mandated Real IDs? I know Texas issues them now -- I have one myself.

So, can Texas refuse to honor a Real ID drivers license from Illinois? I don't think they can, do you know?
