A friend of mine was looking to hire a senior STEM professional for a position. His DEI-infatuated employer was pretty much telling him he had to hire a “diversity” candidate. Out of desperation he begged me to apply for the job. When I asked him what purpose that would serve if I am a white guy, he said: “If you say you’re a black woman, they can’t do anything but take your word for it.”

That’s how silly this whole thing has become.

The best solution would be for someone to open a new university that doesn’t require any essay.

Just apply w/your stats and do a first come first serve for the semester.

You could wipe out the entire admissions department. Maybe keep one guy.

Why not make submissions generic? No name, no sex, no school association etc just a number with test scores and and schoolsstic achievements.

If accepted it would have to be based on merit. Then the number gets associated back to a name.
