Pretty hard to win a case that the courts refuse to hear.

His one case went to SCOTUS but met the same fate as the other cases brought by various attorneys regarding the 2020 election. Only a handful of cases were heard on the merits. Of the 30 that were heard on merits, Trump prevailed in 22 of them.

His lawsuit, in case you were unaware, was that it was illegal for the SOS Raffensperger to change election procedures (which happened in a 2020 lawsuit settlement with democrats) - because only GA legislature can change election law. It was a legitimate case and he had standing as a GA voter.

What people should be asking is why were few of these cases heard. And why were so many attorneys targeted by the left for even bringing lawsuits. Wood is not the only one they targeted.

He has won some huge cases, but he and Sidney Powell won ZERO election cases, in fact I don’t think any lawsuit challenging the outcome of an election anywhere in the USA has been won.

At some point you would think people would start to understand these cases can’t be won, if you want to cut back or eliminate the cheating you have to win elections first, the courts are not going to work,

I have noticed that operatives appear to send out attorneys to grab a microphone and become prominent when there’s an area in the news where they may have some liability they want to defend against.

The attorneys go around and pro bono or for cheap offer their services to prospective claimants in the area they are trying to muddy. They may end up gathering loads of suits or loads of claimants—and then they manage to be entirely ineffective.

Success, in the eyes of the operatives, achieved.

I think that was done around the election in 2020 (Lin Wood, Sidney Powell, etc.) and around the jabs the last couple of years, both generally and in representation of military members.
