A protester who stabbed a conservative livestreamer in the back on the 62nd consecutive night of Portland’s chaotic summer of unrest was sentenced June 22 to supervised probation.
Multnomah County Circuit Judge Heidi Moawad said the assailant, Blake D. Hampe, will remain under her supervision for three years and is banned from possessing weapons or participating in unlawful assemblies or riots during that time. He may attend lawful demonstrations.

This is lawfare, folks and we are in a civil war. Lawfare is when the law is applied brutally to one’s enemies and barely or not applied to one’s friends.
Meanwhile Jan 6 folks continue to languish for far less.
But we will mumble “that is bad” and meekly go on with things. The nation will not be paralyzed for months of “protests.” The media will not champion this murder victim and demand justice. If anything, they will celebrate the criminal.

How long does a blade on a knife have to be before it is considered a weapon? Are screwdrivers considered weapons?
He will be under the judge's "supervision". What does that mean? Is he going to live with her?
He is being supervised, because the conservative survived the attack.
