I never heard Tucker state definitively that Epps was a government agent or informant. I heard him question why Epps wasn’t treated like others and speculate whether it was because he was a government agent.
Yeah, but the point of the article is, even if he came out and said Epps was a “fed”, and even if he said this knowing it was false, that doesn’t rise to the standard of defamation, since saying someone cooperates with law enforcement, or is employed by law enforcement is not a slanderous charge to a “right-thinking person”, which is the legal standard.
