No, we don’t. And I wonder if the people who keep saying that actually believe it and in some way looking forward to it.
Fact is, farms (i.e. agriculture) is necessary for sustaining life. As the oldest industry known to man, it must be protect at all cost for our own survival. This means that the need, willingness and desire to take whatever actions for said protections are justified, government dictates not withstanding.
Let us burn that into our collective mindset. Surrender is not an option.
