Fat bastard needs to shut up and retire. This guy set Maryland back decades with his “bipartisan” appointments. When he left office, he bragged about the 2 billion dollar surplus he left, which our new Obama-like governor and General Assembly promptly spent on worthless giveaways. Instead of paving highways, repairing bridges, building schools in Republican areas of the state, our tax dollars just got burned up.

Hey Larry, I voted for you because you said you we're going to make Maryland a retirement friendly state.
You ... did ... nothing ... MD is dead last by many standards for retirement taxes.
You have zero chance to win the nomination ... and even if you did ... you couldnt carry Maryland in the general.

MD is dead last by many standards for retirement taxes.I am no Hogan fan but in his defense he was overridden by the state legislature on that. OTOH, he took very good care of state LEOs. It’s a deep blue state.
