Hunter and the Romney-connected guy didn’t work for Burisma and it was 100% paying money for political favors.
At some point the lies of the AP get so deep that all but the most corrupted and ignorant of voters defend this pay for play.
The dems at ABC are claiming that the 1023 document contains only “second hand information.” Not true. It contains first hand information from Mykola Zlochevsky who was one of the key participants in the crime.
This is similar to the way they got Charles Manson. For several months after the murders, police were stymied and out of ideas until a prisoner from the county jail came forward and recounted a conversation that she had recently had with one of the Manson girls who was sharring her jail cell waiting trial on some unrelated matter. In the conversation, the Manson girl essentially bragged about committing the murders. The cops did not claim “second hand information” in that case, and instead followed up and unravelled the whole insane Mansom operation.
The AP story repeats the dem talking points; old news, debunked, case was closed long ago, Hunter is a recovering addict, republicans trying to score points...
I remember that. I believe it was Susan Atkins who bragged to her cellmate about killing Sharon Tate and that she didn’t care that she was pregnant. It freaked the cellmate out and she went and ratted her out.

Yup, if this were something against Trump or his family is would not be headlined “Unverified.” It would be headlined, “Serious” “FBI” “Credible” “Reliable” “Respected Brave Whistleblower” etc.
The “Press” in this country is worse than the Press in Russia, China, N. Korea etc. In those countries, the Press is is controlled by the government and told what they can and can’t say. The Press in this country does the government (Democrat) bidding voluntarily. So, while it is a free press, it chooses to do the bidding of one party, which in my mind makes it worse than the press in Russia, China etc.

Frankly, I'm surprised they didn't use one of their current most favorite terms "baseless", instead of "unverified". I suspect that the latter was used instead of the former because the documents in question were generated by the FBI.
A less propagandist headline or lede might be something like this:
Grassley releases full FBI memo alleging illegalities related to Hunter Biden’s work in Ukraine.
To bend over completely they might try:
Grassley releases full FBI memo alleging irregularities related to Hunter Biden’s work in Ukraine.
Instead, we get straight propaganda.
