The popularization of medically sanctioned sexual mutilation began with well-known sexual perversion advocate, Alfred Kinsey.
Kinsey contended that people are “sexual from birth” and experimented on babies in the 1940s and 50s. His legacy stands largely unchallenged today by the American Medical Association, despite his advocacy of bestiality, pedophilia, sadomasochism, and incest.
His experiments largely led to the so-called Sexual Revolution.

Doctors that agree to “change a person’s sex” should be put in prison.
There are two sexes. Male and Female. The use of the word, “Genders,” is poppycock. “Gender,” is a term used in language. The three are, Masculine, Feminine and Neuter!” The gender of an object is assigned and rigidly observed in spoken and written conversation. Gender is, wrongly used in the discussion of people or animals.

Gender affirming surgery makes one a Patient for Life
“There are two sexes. Male and Female”
Here’s an idea on how to define them: females have the babies and males mate with females to create the babies.
This is to me better than defining the sexes by what’s between their legs or how they feel.
A man in a downtown park in Atlanta once said to me that he didn’t like Trump because Trump didn’t respect ladies, and that was a bad thing because ladies are the ones that bring us into the world.
The point is not about Trump but about the respect he has for women and why.
Women have a larger role than men in ensuring the permanence of our species, and it extends beyond just bringing a child into the world.
How many are endocrinology, runaways, marginalized, wealthy etc or is it a mix? Children? Teens? Adults?
I’ve never witnessed anyone explain the science or the psychology. The order of treatment, what drugs?
I see everything about it from a right/left lens and simple to understand apolitical link or video to start.

Yes - all of the above.
Although it is mainly a “first world” problem. Mostly white kids of middle income and above. Most kids have underlying mental issues such as on the spectrum for autism, anxiety, OCD, etc. Some have been sexually assaulted.
It seems that most kids are seeking a group to belong to as well as to be “special”. (Sounds like kids all through-out history). The trans-cult sucks them in when they have trouble fitting in elsewhere. Most of it is done online where it easier to get sucked into the pretend world of being the opposite sex.
There was a movie about the trans-cult and the horrors of it, which AMC removed without showing it. It was produced proudly by California left-coast liberals! It is still going to be released on line at some point.

Since the movie was released there has been a huge effort to slow down the trans surgeries in Sweden. Sweden had been at the forefront for a long time, and now is dialing it back.
The movie talks about the huge increase in kids wanting it, how easy it is for them to get started on hormones (ask for it, it is given to them), etc. The doctors are clueless. I see now that the “Tavistok Clinic” (Sweden’s gender clinic that processed hundreds (thousands?) of people is getting sued.

There is a “guy” (actually a female, but trans to a guy and regrets it) that is doing a lot of campaigning against the trans-cult, especially for kids. “I didn’t transition until I was in my 30’s. They scammed me - what chance does a kid have against them?”
I think he calculated that just on hormone injections, someone starting at the age of 18 will spend $1.5 million just on hormones over their lifetime.
It is big money.
I want to know:
Is one sex demonstrably predominant through chromosome analysis?
How can person with a sexually oriented birth defect be “transsexual?” If he has predominantly male characteristics he would identify as male. Does the presence of some abnormal female characteristics (perhaps latent ovaries or a low t count or breast buds) make him want to be female? It seems to me there is nothing “transsexual” here because to be “transsexual” you need to have a birth determined sex to start with?
If your child was born of indeterminate sex I can’t see how he or she could be considered “transsexual.”

My child was born female and was a beautiful little girl.
Unbeknownst to both my husband and I, we both were carriers for non-classic congenital adrenal hyperplasia, an incurable recessive disorder that typically manifests during puberty. Not everyone with this condition will experience gender dysphoria. My youngest son was also diagnosed with NCCAH, but in him it caused premature bone maturation and sterility.
When my daughter hit puberty early (age 9), I was not surprised. Both my sister and mother hit puberty early, so I knew it ran in the family.
What we did not expect was how my daughter’s body would react to puberty. Her body began to masculinize naturally. Facial hair, body hair, deep voice, musculature, her jaw flattened out and her back began to V. It was otherworldly watching my beautiful baby girl morph into a weird looking boy.
Her system was overproducing free-floating adrenal androgens, the precursor to sex hormones. The adrenal receptors in her brain were recognizing them as testosterone and programming her body to develop as a boy. It resulted in hyperandrogenism and gender dysphonia.
Typically, children with this condition are given puberty blockers to mitigate the effects (one of the few legitimate uses for blockers). The clinic I took her to was pushing an agenda and delayed treatment. When I moved her to another specialist, our suspicions were confirmed but by now the damage was done. The clinics will gaslight you, so I made sure to learn everything about this issue from medical research long before it was a household word.
Dr. Niroa Shah has published multiple papers on the impact of the endocrine system on the brain, and how hormones affect the neural pathways of male and female brains. Because her body was self-masculinizing during her formative years, the likelihood is high it was also affecting her neural pathways.
We held out hope and prayed constantly that when her endocrine system settled down, the dysphoria would abate (for roughly 80% of endocrine based GD, it does, which is why transitioning children is antithetical to known science).
She is one of the rare few for whom it did not. At 20, she chose to present as a man.
There are other conditions that can give rise to GD, including Klinefelters, Jacobs, Kallman’s, congenital adrenal hyperplasia, Non-Classic Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia, and hyperthyroidism.
In none of these conditions should a child be transitioned. If anything, boys with Klinefelters who are treated with testosterone will be relieved of the dysphoria; however, under the present “affirmation” protocol, they would push a curable child to transition, instead. That is monstrous.
Endocrine disorders can have far reaching effects. Post-partum depression is an endocrine issue. Diabetes is an endocrine issue.
The youngsters nowadays that don’t have an underlying medical condition have a mental issue instead. They need therapy, not hormones and surgery.

If there is no underlying medical condition, then it’s mental. Either way, we should not be butchering children.

So genetically she is female but endocrine issues cause masculine puberty issues. I can understand the use of puberty blockers in that case.
I visited with a detransitioner some time ago and she went into the serious mental and developmental issues that occur when puberty blockers are given to developing children. Certain developmental processes don’t occur or occur badly and you can’t go back in time for a do over. It sounds like your child had these issues in a self inflicted way, I mean to say, her own body turned on her, hormone wise. Which of course is no sin on her part just a tragic working out of the sin cursed world we all are subject to.
She went her way as an adult but it sure sounds like you did all you could for her as a child. A very tough syndrome for her to endure.
I hope she heals up. Some of us have very difficult crosses to bear.
