Held in contempt of court for refusing to turn over big computer system for 11 years.

Never convicted in court. Kept in solitary confinement.

Finally plead guilty in order to see his mother before she died.

Don’t know where you get your info, but Ex-Adviser Out of Jail After 11 Years, Including 7 for Contempt

No mention of “Socrates”, but rather millions in gold bars, rare coins, and other antiquities he was hiding.

And it’s a lie to say he took no money from people. He clearly did.
