The prominence of alt-right media in the last three years and the eclipse of Conservatism, Inc. can be considered Robert Welch’s revenge from beyond the grave. William Buckley and later Rush Limbaugh directed conservative thought in the direction of the Uniparty. They are no longer with us, and their successors are losing their grip on patriots.

Went on their cruise once when they were at the top of their game. Had dinner with such notables as John Derbyshire, Kevin Williamson, and everyone’s favorite Andrew Breitbart. Don’t know how Williamson turned around. Derbyshire does a podcast unavailable in our mailboxes. Breitbart-we just need someone to step up. Same with Rush.
