Exactly. So why are we in our current predicament? Answer, because the congress has relinquished it's role to these unconstitutional executive agencies. Congress has become a swamp of immoral and illegal clowns pretending to represent the people. Representatives care nothing more than cashing their paycheck and preserving the status quo.

Representatives care nothing more than cashing their paycheck and preserving the status quo. The Founders believed the Congress would be jealous of their power, and act as a check on the Executive Branch. It worked for a hundred and thirty years. But the legislators became more concerned with the security of position, and found the Administrative state an easy way to dodge responsibility for their actions, as a way of staying in their position.
