One avenue in Queens, NY is now an open line of brothels

Eventually those people will be pushed out. What happened in Brooklyn, people who couldn’t afford to live in NY chitty moved to Brooklyn, pushed out a lot of lifetime residents and drove up real estate prices, has been happening in Queens. Astoria, LIC and moving east

The Chinese have been buying up every condo, co-op, and house in sight in Flushing and other parts of Queens for the past 10 years or so. Most of them don't take out mortgages, they are paying cash--sometimes out of a paper bag! Where are people dressed like they shop in Walmart for clothes getting that kind of money? The Chinese churches are conduits for money coming from the Chinese government. My entire co-op only ever had Chinese buyers whenever a unit came up for sale, and they were not educated or highly skilled people. A lot of them had ghetto-type behavior, such as setting fish out on bushes to dry, clothing out on bushes to dry, using window wells to store soda bottles until they had enough to redeem, stooping out in the yards to smoke, hanging laundry in windows, etc. Ancient Chinese crones would dump out your recycling can in search of bottles to redeem, spilling trash on the lawn. Their odious behavior was a big impetus for me to take my pension and bid adios to the Big Apple. Best view of it is in the rear view mirror!
