So, you think that Greenwood is an Indianapolis neighborhood that has forced out low income people because wealthy developers and home owners have bought them out and taken over. Then these displaced people moved to Muncie.

Obviously I was not sufficiently clear. When I asked for the name of an Indianapolis neighborhood where residents were forced out with gentrification, I thought it would be obvious that the location would be in Indianapolis, and an actual neighborhood. Apparently not. Greenwood is not a neighborhood, nor is it even in the same county as Indianapolis. Perhaps you meant to say Bloomington.
