No bones, no eat (unless you know where the meat was raised)
I remember when my kids were young and we brought them to a restaurant and ordered them chicken nuggets. My 8-year-old daughter freaked out because one of the "nuggets", fried with breaded flour coating, was a chicken head complete with beak. That's one way to know you have genuine chicken meat. We didn't complain to the restaurant, and pushed the head aside. Daughter got over it and continues to eat chicken to this day.
