Then why do you call America an empire? It's an independent sovereign Republic. Not an empire. Not the global policeman, not the global baby sitter. Did you not know this? Your "American empire" attitude has all but left America dead on the floor.
Btw, American IS being invaded right here, right now, by tens of millions from God knows where, and it's been happening for 40+ years now. It's a national security time bomb. No?
