The big picture: Chutkan has previously dealt with Trump, denying his 2021 motion to halt records from being turned over to the Jan. 6 committee, writing, "Presidents are not kings, and Plaintiff is not president."

Oh that’s cool. I’ve never heard of a rigged lottery. The party stole an election, but they would be stymied by a lotto involving 15 DC District judges.

Yup, I have little doubt that this was sewn up before Jack S&!% issued the indictment.
I wonder of there is some way to verify/validate the lottery process.
Pressure should be brought on those involved in this “lottery”. We need to be assured that it was actually conducted and that it was truly random. I suspect that all the names in the hat so to speak were exactly the same. That would be one way to rig it, analogous to the 2020 election fraud.
